Philippe joined Bird & Bird in November 2002 and is based in Bird & Bird’s Paris office. Prior to joining the firm, Philippe worked within the law firm Fidal Paris & International. He is an employment law specialist and has advised numerous clients, both national and international companies. He has accumulated expertise in restructurings, working time regulations, individual or collective dismissals, employee benefits, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, relations and litigations with staff representatives and Unions as well as litigation in all aspects of French employment law before various jurisdictions.
