Peter is a member of Bird & Bird’s Commercial Practice, where he specialises in information technology, PFI/PPP and public procurement law. Peter has acted on a number of IT projects in both the private and public sectors, representing both the customer and the supplier. His experience ranges from contract work on systems development and outsourcing projects (including consideration of third party funding and related issues), though to e-commerce work and assistance in disputes and dispute resolution, contract management issues and re-financing of PFI/PPP deals.
