Matt is a partner in Bird & Bird’s Corporate Department and advises on all aspects of corporate law. He advises clients from all industry sectors but has particular sector focus on communications, media, technology and life sciences. In particular, Matt has extensive experience in UK and international mergers, acquisitions and disposals, AIM listings (for both UK and international companies), joint ventures, corporate finance and equity finance. His clients have included UK and international corporates, institutions, early stage businesses, management teams and individuals.
