Jussi Ahtola is a senior associate based in Bird & Bird's Helsinki office. He specialises in corporate, real estate and finance matters.

Jussi has experience advising on, and negotiating, a wide range of real estate, M&A and finance transactions.

Jussi was educated at the University of Helsinki (LLM) and holds a degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester. He is a member of the Association of Young Lawyers.
