Gill Andrews is a senior consultant at Bird & Bird, where she devotes a substantial amount of her time to working on outsourcing transactions. Gill advised on her first outsourcing in 1992, and has continued to focus on the area as it has evolved. She has worked on a wide variety of outsourcing transactions, from “straight” domestic IT and communications outsourcings, to innovative deals involving the outsourcing of a range of business processes and back office functions.  She has substantial experience of advising on multinational outsourcings.

Recent experience includes advising BT on a 10 year outsourcing of the Marconi group’s global communications requirements; advising the AXA Group on a range of business process outsourcings, and advising Lloyds TSB on its then largest ever outsourcing, of cash management and cash in transit services.

Gill was listed as a Star Player in The Lawyer magazine’s 2003 review of outsourcing lawyers.
