Falk joined Bird & Bird in 2008 and is a member of the Regulatory, Energy and Procurement Practice Group. Falk
focuses on regulatory and communications law and is currently working on his German doctoral thesis dealing with a communications law subject.

Falk studied law at the Jena and Leipzig law schools.  He also completed a supplementary study of administrative sciences at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. During his legal education Falk focused on public administrative and media law.  He spent his legal clerkship at a major German consulting company in Beijing.

Before joining Bird & Bird, Falk completed a legal training program in Dallas, Texas (USA), where he gained extensive insight and experience with the US legal system both from an adviser's and a  judiciary's perspective at a federal US District Court.
