Dr. Joseph Fesenmair has been a Partner at Bird & Bird's Munich office since 2003. He advises and represents national as well as international commercial enterprises. He is a specialist in the fields of IP and in particular trade mark, competition and copyright law.
Dr. Fesenmair also extensively advises commercial enterprises in the field of sports law, and heads the German Sports Group within Bird & Bird.
Dr. Fesenmair previously worked for many years inter alia as in-house counsel for one of the largest telecommunication providers in Germany where he started up and led the trademark department across the company.
