Cristina is a senior associate in the firm's Intellectual Property group in London. Cristina is dual qualified in Spain and in England and Wales.
Cristina specialises in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. She has particular experience in advising on branding, designs, copyright and domain names issues. Her clients include toy manufacturers, designers, authors, food and drinks companies, manufacturers of medical devices and companies in the entertainment industry.
Cristina obtained a Masters Degree in International Commercial law from the University of Kent in 1995 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Copyright and Related Rights from King's College, University of London in 2000. She is also the contributing editor of three of Sweet & Maxwell’s World Law & Practice publications: Trade Marks; Designs; and Copyright. She is also a regular contributor to other IP publications.
She is a member of The British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association (BLACA) and the British and Spanish Law Association (BSLA)
