Anne graduated from HEC (France’s leading business school) in 1991. She joined the tax department of Arthur Andersen International the same year. She has extensive experience of corporate tax, domestic and international restructurings, particularly in relation to insurance. Since 1999 she has focused her practice on tax issues relating to information technology. She has also been a member of the Bar since 1995.

Anne is a frequent contributor of articles and leading comment to a number of key periodicals.
