Anna Duffus is a partner in the intellectual property group of Bird & Bird.  She is qualified to practise both in Scotland and in England and Wales.  She specialises in contentious matters and her practice covers the full range of intellectual property rights including patents, trade marks, copyright, designs and confidential information.

Anna speaks and writes regularly on a variety of intellectual property issues including giving a number of lectures for the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA) and acting as a tutor for the Bristol University Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice trade marks workshop.  She is an Associate member of CIPA and a member of its Patents Committee.
