Ana Eguzquiza holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and a Masters degree in business law from the Instituto de Empresa. Ana joined Bird & Bird from DLA Piper, where she worked for the Corporate Department focusing her practice in M&A and other corporate transactions, both domestic and trans-national. She previously worked for the Corporate Departments of Linklaters and Squire Sanders.
She has served as an assistant lecturer on corporate law at the Instituto de Empresa.
