Alejandro concentrates his practice on international arbitration and cross-border litigation of disputes involving intellectual property, information technology, media and complex commercial issues.
Before joining Bird & Bird in 2007, Alejandro worked at the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, Switzerland, where he administered some of the largest and most complex arbitrations filed under the WIPO Arbitration Rules. Alejandro has also worked at leading law firms in Washington DC (USA) and Chile.
Alejandro is admitted to practice in New York and in Chile. He holds law degrees from Harvard Law School (LLM ‘05, Fulbright Scholar) and from University of Chile Law School (LLB ‘01, summa cum laude).
