Agnes is a member of the Intellectual Property and Competition Law Groups of Bird & Bird, Germany. The main focus of her work is in the area of patent law.
Agnes studied law at the University of Passau and at the Ludwigs-Maximilians-University in Munich from 1998 until 2002. She finished her bar exam in 2005 in Munich.
Having worked in the patent group of Ogilvy Renault LLP in Toronto, Agnes joined Bird & Bird in April 2006. She was admitted to the Düsseldorf Bar in May 2006.
Agnes is a member of the Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright law (GRUR). She speaks German and English.
