• Dealing with development land for both commercial and residential uses, and associated matters such as contamination and environmental concerns and remediation;
• Landlord and tenant issues such as leases, variations, licences, underlettings, assignments and other day to day management issues; and
• Property financing transactions, involving both commercial and residential property.

Vijay has acted for a number of international, national and niche developers, property companies and financial institutions, such as Anglo Irish Bank Corporation plc, Ansbacher & Co Limited, Fortis Bank S.A./N.V., and Handelsbanken.
