Ronald Hendrikx is a member of Bird & Bird’s Communications Group where he specialises in telecommunications, IT and internet law.
He has been working on a wide variety of commercial and corporate matters relating to the IT, telecommunications and internet sectors. This has included advising providers of software, consultancy and IT solutions on their end-user, B2B and commercial agreements, advising a number of (multi-national) clients in especially the banking industry on the global procurement and/or outsourcing of their business processes, telecommunications and IT infrastructures and acting on pan-European cross-border transactions as well as advising on the implementation of multi-site and multi-jurisdictional telecommunications and internet services in Europe.
Prior to Bird & Bird Ronald spent four years working for one of the largest Dutch law firms in the Netherlands, specialising in telecommunications, IT and outsourcing. His work covered commercial and regulatory matters for an international client base and included several outsourcing and development projects within the telecommunications and IT sector.
Ronald is fluent in Dutch and English and speaks good German and French.
