Paul assists clients in their corporate, commercial and financial transactions and provides advice in those fields. He has particular expertise in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructuring, take-over bids, stock exchange listings, as well as project and acquisition finance.
Paul also represents clients in company law litigation, including shareholders disputes and directors' liability. Paul is multilingual speaking English, French, Dutch and German and advises both Belgian and international clients.
