Paola joined Bird & Bird’s Milan office in April 2004.
She graduated at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano in Italy in 2004 and was admitted to the Bar of Milan in 2007.
Paola specialises in corporate law and M&A transactions. She advises a number of Italian and international companies operating in the manufacturing sectors as well as private equity houses. Paola also provides advice on corporate and commercial disputes.
Paola is fluent in Italian and English.
