Morris Bentata is the senior associate in Bird & Bird's London Sports Group. He has extensive experience in advising clients on commercial sports matters including, in particular, the exploitation and acquisition of TV, radio, internet and mobile rights, sponsorship rights and merchandising rights.
He has also advised a number of sports personalities on their commercial arrangements and the effective exploitation of their endorsement rights.
