Linda’s practice is diverse, providing advice on all aspects of real estate, real estate finance and structuring. Her clients include offshore funds, institutional investors, developers and corporate users. In particular she has developed a first class practice in the hotel and retail sectors. Linda also advises on the corresponding asset, property and hotel management agreements. For the corporate user client Linda handles sale and leasebacks, acquisitions and disposals, significant office leases and intricate site splits. In addition she has extensive experience of property intensive merger and acquisition transactions.
Linda is also a leading environmental lawyer and advises clients on the environmental risks and liabilities on the acquisition or financing of portfolios and the negotiation of complex environmental indemnities. Her regulatory practice focuses on chemicals, waste, permitting and advising on the impact of EU Directives on business.
