Jenny joined the Bird & Bird Employment group in 2007. Jenny has extensive non-contentious experience advising and training HR professionals on a wide range of issues such as disciplinary and grievances, performance management, maternity issues and restructuring/redundancies. She also has experience in advising on employment issues in corporate/commercial transactions such as share acquisitions and outsourcings.
Jenny has acted in a range of contentious matters having tribunal advocacy experience in unfair dismissal and disability discrimination claims. She has also advised and assisted on high value sex and race tribunal claims.
Jenny qualified as a solicitor in Scotland in 2004.
