Jan Gedeborg joined Bird & Bird’s Stockholm office in August 2008. Jan previously worked as a city lawyer at the City of Stockholm’s Executive Office where he gained a considerable amount of experience in providing legal advice and negotiating issues in relation to property law and exploitation of the property. He has extensive experience in commercial law in a public law context, as well as of corporate law and working with company executive boards.

Jan has also been working with EC state aid rules and associated competition law.
