Helen is experienced in many aspects of corporate work.  Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity finance for publicly traded companies and large multinationals as well as small private companies, particularly in the media and technology sectors.

She has recently advised Alternative Networks plc, one of the UK’s leading telecommunications resellers, on an £11m acquisition of ICB, a mobile and fixed line telecoms service provider. In addition, she advised Boston-based multinational CRA International on the acquisition of a UK competitor as well as Deloitte & Touche on the disposal of their actuary business. 

Helen qualified as a solicitor in England in 2004 and joined Bird & Bird in 2005 after training with Shearman & Sterling in their London and Singapore offices.
