Glyn has broad experience of commercial litigation and international arbitration and has acted for multinational companies and major financial institutions. In particular, he deals with claims relating to banking and finance, professional negligence and breach of warranty, whilst also advising on a number of general commercial disputes. His litigation experience ranges from Tribunal hearings to the Court of Appeal and Privy Council.
Glyn has spent 6 months on secondment in-house in the litigation department of one of the UK's major clearing banks so has first hand experience of the contentious issues facing an in-house, legal department.
