Giovanni Gozzo joined the firm as a Senior Counsel in October 2008. Giovanni specialises in legal services in the areas of IP, marketing law, competition law and arbitration, both on a national and international level. His IP practice includes a full range of IP work in patents, trade marks, copyright, design and marketing law with a special focus on technology-related patent litigation in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics and mechanical engineering sectors.
Giovanni is the President of the Nordic Group of LIDC (International League of Competition Law). Previously, he was a partner at well-known law firm Gozzo, acknowledged for their strong IP practice.
