Franklin has a degree in commercial law, a post graduate qualification in technology and other qualifications from the University of Oklahoma in the USA. For the past eight years, he has been assisting companies and local governments in contentious and non-contentious matters regarding innovative and technological projects in the IT, internet and telecommunications sectors.
Franklin is able to advise on the legal and technical issues for implementing projects, the settlement of disputes linked to integration/outsourcing of information systems and the deployment of networks or telecommunications services. He also assists clients in the evaluation and management of legal risks linked to these types of projects.
Author of many articles in the specialised press, Franklin also regularly speaks at conferences or assists with training organised by “Les Rencontres d’Affaires”, “Benchmark Group”, “IDC”, “DII”, and “EFE”.
