Elena joined Bird & Bird’s Milan office in June 2005.

Before joining Bird & Bird she worked for Caso-Garavaglia Law Firm from 1994 to 1998 and, from 1998 to 2005, she has been working at Borsani Law Firm gaining significant experience in banking/insolvency law and working for some of the principal national banks.

While Elena’s main area of expertise is banking law she also has experience in bankruptcy proceedings.

After her graduation at Milan University (1994) she became lawyer in 1997 and since 1998 she has been a member of the Milan Bar.
