Catherine is an assistant solicitor in our Tax team, advising on general taxation and employee incentives.

Catherine has experience in a range of corporate tax matters, in particular private equity and venture capital transactions and related carried interest agreements.  

She is a member of the Global Equity Organisation and the Share Plan Lawyers Group and joined Bird & Bird in October 2008, having qualified at SJ Berwin.
