Caroline joined Bird & Bird as a trainee in 2003 and qualified as a solicitor in the corporate and business tax group of the Corporate Department in September 2005.

She has experience in a range of corporate tax and related matters concerning share sales and acquisitions, advising UK and non-UK clients from various business sectors on tax issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, intellectual property licensing and transfers, on property transactions and VAT.
