Alberto Salvadè joined Bird & Bird on April 15, 2003 in the new Milan office as partner heading the Italian Corporate Department, having previously worked within Prof. Giorgio De Nova Law Firm and Andersen Legal Milan.

Alberto acts for a number of Italian and International clients operating in the corporate, M&A, commercial, banking and finance sectors.

His work is focused on advising M&A deals, private equity transactions and joint ventures and includes advising large commercial transactions.

Alberto has gained a specific experience in the fields of capital markets and financial services.

His practice extends to litigation and arbitration in relation to corporate, commercial and banking matters.
