Zoë joined Bird & Bird in September 2005 and qualified into the firm's Commercial Group in September 2007. She has been involved in a variety of commercial transactions, focusing in particular on the IT, telecommunications and internet sectors. She has experience advising providers and customers of software, hardware, IT solutions, consultancy and internet services on their end-user, B2B and commercial agreements, including coordinating multi-jurisdictional advice to providers of software and internet services.
Zoë also works closely with the Film Group and has experience advising on a range of corporate and commercial agreements in relation to feature film and television finance transactions and production projects.
