Henrik Bielenstein joined Bird & Bird in Sweden on 1st May 2007. Henrik is one of Sweden’s leading and most experienced litigators and he has over 25 years experience having acted in several complicated commercial disputes in court. He has been head counsel in 14 cases in the Supreme Court, which makes him one of the most experienced Supreme Court litigators active in Sweden.
Henrik specialises in arbitration, litigation, particularly in contractual and professional liability as well as insurance law. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, he was a partner and head of the dispute resolution group at one of the largest law firms in Sweden.
