Anna joined Bird & Bird in 2003 and qualified as an associate in the Commercial Department. She has worked on a broad range of commercial and corporate transactions relating to the IT, Communications and Technology sectors and often of a pan-European nature. Anna also enjoyed a six month secondment to the legal department at the London Stock Exchange.

Anna has experience advising on and negotiating a wide range of commercial arrangements including complex ICT outsourcing agreements, IT procurements, e-commerce agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements and on data protection and privacy issues.

Anna graduated in Law with European legal study in French from the Universities of Bristol and Fribourg (Switzerland).
