Richard Graham is a senior associate in Bird & Bird’s Commercial Practice, where he specialises in outsourcing, information technology, commercial and regulatory communications and commercial and regulatory e-commerce. He regularly advises on large-scale ICT integration projects, long term strategic sourcing arrangements and a wide range of information technology and e-commerce matters, acting for both customers and suppliers in the financial services sector. His most recent project has been in connection with the launch of Bird & Bird’s MiFID Outsourcing Health Check.

Richard has written a number of articles that consider the operational, financial, regulatory and operational risks associated with major strategic outsourcings. He has also recently co-authored an article on the impact of MiFID on outsourcing, taking into account the detailed outsourcing requirements set out in the FSA’s Handbook.
