Rahul holds a law degree (J.D.) from the Università Statale degli Studi di Milano in Milan and a post-graduate qualification in intellectual property run by SEIDO association.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, Rahul experienced an internship at Prof. Mario Franzosi’s law firm in Milan and joined Prado & Prado law firm where he gained experience in IP litigation.
Rahul specialises in intellectual property (patents, designs, trade marks, unfair competition) acting for a number of Italian and international clients who require IP expertise. His practice extends to litigation and legal advice in intellectual property matters.
Rahul is fluent in Italian, English and Hindi.
