Rachael is an associate in Bird & Bird’s Dispute Resolution Group and is based in the firm’s London office.

Rachael has experience in domestic and international dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and mediation, across a broad range of matters. 

Rachael is a dual-qualified lawyer (England & Wales/Queensland, Australia) and holds law degrees from the University of Cambridge (LLM) and the University of Queensland (LLB).  Prior to joining the firm, Rachael was an associate at Clifford Chance in London and in Australia she was the Judicial Associate to a judge of the Federal Court of Australia.

Rachael is on the Executive Committee of the Human Rights Lawyers Association.
