Paula Salminen is a specialist counsel based in Bird & Bird's Helsinki office. She specialises in commercial and outsourcing matters for clients in the IT and communications sectors.
Paula has a wealth of experience advising on, and negotiating, complex commercial arrangements within the IT and communications sectors at an international level. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, she worked as an in-house counsel, both in Finland and internationally, for several major IT companies.
Paula was educated at the University of Helsinki (LLM) and is an active member of the Finnish IT-law Association and ITechLaw.
