Pablo is an associate in the Commercial and IT department of our Madrid office. Pablo specialises in all kind commercial contracts and transactions, with particular focus in the IT sector. He has also very relevant experience in dispute resolution in the IT consultancy and media sectors in Spain, having took part in several arbitration and judicial proceedings related to ERPs implementation.
 
Pablo is also specialised in the insurance sector, both from the regulatory and the contractual perspective, and has also broad experience in implementing complex insurance mediation structures.
 
He joined from Uria Menéndez, where he gained broad experience in commercial contracts, financial and insurance matters, corporate transactions and corporate litigation.
 
Pablo has also taught at CEU San Pablo University.
