Nick is head of department of Bird & Bird’s Commercial Group in London. He focuses on providing commercial legal advice to clients in the IT, communications and other technology based industries. He regularly advises on outsourcing projects and other services arrangements, systems procurement contracts, complex software and data licensing transactions, B2B e-commerce projects and a wide variety of technology exploitation arrangements. Most recently he has been involved in large and groundbreaking managed service arrangements in respect of mobile networks and a range of technology licensing deals.
