Mathew is a partner in the Corporate Group at Bird & Bird, specialising in corporate and business taxation. He joined Bird & Bird in November 2005 and previously worked in the tax practices at another City law firm and at one of the big four accountancy firms.
Mathew has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations and reconstructions, joint ventures, private equity, finance and property transactions. He has acted for a wide variety of clients across a broad spectrum of business sectors and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
