Mark Pinder

Mark is an English law qualified partner and Joint Head of the International Corporate Group. He has extensive experience advising on IPOs, public equity and capital issues, acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations; private equity & venture capital and public takeovers. He also provides general & strategic corporate advice to a wide range of international and UK companies.

Mark's primary focus is in advising on international and cross-border deals. His experience includes advising Swedish company, Eniro on its $1.2 billion acquisition of Norwegian rival Findexa, Mattel, Inc. on its $75 million acquisition of Origin Products (owner of IP rights of Polly Pocket), Bateman Engineering NV on its $47 million acquisition of the Delkor Group (which included acquisitions in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia) and Team Relocation group its acquisition of the continental moving business of Sirva Worldwide, Inc. (in 13 European countries).
