Marjolein Geus started practising law in 1986. She became a partner of the firm Houthoff Buruma on 1 January 1995 and joined Bird & Bird as a partner as of 1 December 2001. She is joint managing partner of the Dutch office of Bird & Bird and chairman of the Dutch management team. Her practice areas are Telecommunications, Media, IT and Postal Regulation. Marjolein has advised leading multinational corporations and local companies in the telecom, postal, media and IT section, both contentious and non-contenious.
