Joss was made a partner at Bird & Bird in 2008. Joss's practice encompasses a broad range of skills and clients. He acts for both lenders and borrowers on all aspects of real estate finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans. He also acts on acquisition finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers and has substantial aviation finance experience.
