Jörg-Alexander specialises in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Outsourcing (ITO) with particular emphasis on the financial industry. He represents both, customers and service providers for complex BPO and ITO transactions. Further, Jörg-Alexander provides legal advice to banks, financial service providers, IT companies and other companies on complex software and database projects as well as e-commerce projects. Other areas of his specialisation are data protection and IT-related copyright, intellectual property, general civil law and private international law matters. He also represents his clients in court if the dispute relates to one of these described areas.
