Jane is Joint Head of the International Dispute Resolution Group. She qualified in 1987 and moved to DLA and became a partner in 1994. In 1995 she was appointed London Head of Litigation at DLA. Jane joined Bird & Bird as a partner in 2002. According to The Legal 500 2007, one of the UK’s leading legal directories, the Bird & Bird litigation offering has grown from strength to strength under Jane’s guidance. Jane specialises in high value commercial contractual claims and has acted for a wide variety of high profile domestic and international clients particularly in the media sectors. She has been involved in a number of large scale litigation and arbitration matters. Jane is also an accredited mediator and has advised on a number of mediations for clients. Jane is recognised by The Legal 500 2007 as a recommended lawyer in the mediation field.
