Hilary is a consultant in the Intellectual Property Department. She specialises in work for the IT industry, in particular intellectual property advice and litigation, contract drafting and e-commerce.
Hilary worked as a US lawyer in Silicon Valley and with a leading intellectual property firm in Texas where she qualified as a US patent attorney. Her 10 years of practice in the US means that she is equally at home in the US and UK systems and much of her practice is for US clients.
Her Oxford physics degree means that she can handle complex technology, and she has managed international semiconductor patent litigation for leading chip manufacturers.
