Frédéric was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999. He specialises in intellectual property law, both in litigation (infringement, validity) and transactional work (licensing, transfers of rights, corporate agreements).
In particular, he has developed a strong ability in patent matters and transfers of technologies, focusing on industrial, chemical and high-tech activities for local and foreign clients.
During the last three years, he has regularly published articles in the Intellectual Property Forum, an Australian review. He is also co-author, with Isabelle Leroux, of a study relating to the French patent litigation system, made at the request of the French Patent Office.
