Fabienne is a senior solicitor within the litigation department of the Bird & Bird Paris office. She has postgraduate qualifications in commercial and corporate law (Paris X) and in EU law (Paris I). In addition, Fabienne has gained much experience in litigation since her admission to the Paris Bar in 1997.
She specialises in all aspects of litigation (conflict of law rules, rules of proceedings and out of court settlements), and has particular expertise in commercial matters, distribution and agency law. Complementing this expertise, she has experience in libel disputes and consumer protection law.
