Elizabeth is an associate working in Bird & Bird’s Commercial Group. She advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of information technology matters including the licensing of software, infrastructure agreements, agreements for the provision of IT Services, online terms and conditions and other legal implications of e-commerce. She has also been on secondment to two technology and solutions providers.
Elizabeth has worked as part of the Bird & Bird team providing legal services support to OGC and other Government departments. In this capacity she has advised on IT infrastructure and digital media projects, including aspects of procurement law contractual interpretation and negotiation, dispute resolution and the drafting of complex framework contracts.
In addition, Elizabeth regularly advises on data protection freedom of information and privacy issues and regularly speaks at conferences on data protection.
