Before joining Bird & Bird in June 2006, Danilo worked as Senior Associate and head of the Banking & Finance department at “Studio di Consulenza Legale e Tributaria – Andersen Legal” and at “Studio Legale Associato – In alliance with Deloitte”.
In Bird & Bird, Danilo deals with legal advice and consultancy activity to banks, listed companies, financial intermediaries and insurance companies on corporate and commercial law and banking, Insurance and financial law.
Danilo graduated with honours at the “Luiss – Guido Carli” (Rome) in 1996. He was admitted to the Bar in 2000.
He is a native Italian speaker and is also fluent in English.
