Daniele joined Bird & Bird in March 2004. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, he worked for several years at prof. Luigi Carlo Ubertazzi Law Firm in Milan.

Daniele specialises in intellectual property (in particular focusing on copyright, advertising, trade marks and unfair competition) acting for many of Italian and international clients. His practice extends to litigation, legal advice and drafting of agreements.

Daniele holds a Ph.D. in intellectual property with a final thesis on the copyright protection of audiovisual works and is author of several publications on intellectual property topics (right of publicity, copyright protection, audiovisual works and advertising). He has been teaching lessons in masters and post-graduate courses, is a lecturer for both the Università Ca’ Foscari in Venice and the Università di Pavia and lectures in seminars and conferences in the field of intellectual property.

Daniele is admitted to the Milan Bar and member of AIPPI.
